Tallinn under gray skies

First cloudy days and drizzle on the trip and my cold likewise worsened. Skipping the morning tour to lay abed reading, drink herbal teas (very solicitous Eve highly recommended the lemon and ginger) so I'm taking my medicine. Did walk around the Old town briefly last evening, enjoying the original 13th-16th century buildings and fortifications. Tallinn, founded by Danes in the 12th century, like Riga was part of the medieval Hanseatic league of Germanic trading ports. It managed to escape much damage over the centuries.

Tallinn seems to have lots of bars and "gentlemen's" (striptease) clubs, but also offers these fine tourist attractions:
